Drawing/Mixed Media/ Printmaking, Approaches to the city: visual response to place
This course will allow you to explore a place, Guanajuato Mexico, a culture and yourself; using drawing, mixed media and monotype printing techniques. We will travel through the city and its environs, be introduced to its ecology, history, architecture and food while developing a sketchbook and body of work around the theme of mapping place. There will be opportunities to collaborate, experiment and concentrate on your own area of interest.
